The property is prepared for construction and fulfils all legal requirements. The plots are in very favourable condition and location – still none of the owners in the neighbourhood has any permission for construction.

The land will not be a subject of any further fees as it has been exempted from the specific national land fund.

The land lies on a level surface and is marked on the regulatory plan, which you can check through the documentation enclosed to this offer.

BOUNDARIES

To the North the plot shall be allowed to connect directly to the motorway. On the western border of the property lies the village of Ivanka pri Dunaji. To the East it is already connected with Bernolákovo.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The municipality runs a kindergarten, a primary school (grades 1-4 and 5-9) and a basic art school. In 1952, a secondary school for agriculture and technology was founded.

In addition, the village offers excellent shopping opportunities and wonderful nature.

On the edge of Bernolákovo runs the first class road 61 between Bratislava and Senec.

In addition, there are third class roads to Chorvátsky Grob, Ivanka pri Dunaji and Nová Dedinka. A direct connection to the D1 motorway 6/26 is also available.

The municipality has a railway station (street Staničná) on the railway line Bratislava-Budapest and several local trains are scheduled daily. Fast, EC and IC trains can be caught from Bratislava. The terminal of Bratislava Airport is about 12 kilometres away.
